Description

Greysteps is a two bedroom spacious holiday apartment, just a 2 minute walk from Swanage beach. The apartment is in a central location, and benefits from private driveway parking as well as beautiful sea views from the living room and second bedroom. Having recently undergone extensive renovation, Greysteps provides a comfortable base for those looking to explore the Isle of Purbeck. 

Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle. Greysteps is directly opposite the fabulous Beach Gardens 18 hole Putting Green, outdoor Bowling Green, Tennis Courts and a Basketball Court.

Bedroom 1: Super king size divan bed which can be split into two 3ft single beds on request (please request at the time of booking), storage. En-suite shower room. 
Bedroom 2: Double bed, beautiful sea views.
Bathrooms: 1) Family bathroom - tiled bathroom, bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, W.C. 2) En-suite shower room, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, W.C.
Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels.

Parking: Private parking for 2 cars, one on the front driveway, one at the rear of the property accessed via service road.
Outside: There is a private garden exclusively used by Greysteps which is secluded by established hedges and lawned. Seating for up to 4 people. Please note there are 10 steps up to the front door

Greysteps is the best accommodation in every respect in which we have spent our Swanage holidays during a period of 60 years. Our hosts have a very genuine understanding of hospitality and are so kind. The apartment is impeccably clean, well equipped and furnished and ideally located between both ends of Swanage town. The beds are really comfy, a TV with loads of apps and a washing machine in which to rinse towels after days on the beach. Even an area of garden in which to relax and to watch the sun go down.
