Homeowner and Guest Services Assistant
We're looking for a Homeowner and Guest Services Assistant to join our team, to deliver the operations service, ensuring an excellent level of customer and homeowner care at all times. This position would suit a capable, willing person who is happy to work across all departments as required:
• To assist the Property Manager in the recruitment and management of the Wyke Dorset Cottages property portfolio to high standards, to achieve the best possible booking performance, repeat booking performance, guest feedback and homeowner retention
• To administer bookings, changeovers, invoicing, and other work to support homeowners, guests, housekeepers and tradespeople.
We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate a great attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, initiative, and experience of providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should have a full driving license and the use of a car.

Duties include full property clean, laundering linen/towels and being a point of contact should basic assistance be required.
Due to demand, we are looking for flexible, reliable cleaners to provide full property cleans when required to work on a self-employed basis, willing to work for an hourly rate.
