Housekeepers

Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for flexible, reliable housekeepers to help maintain our quality property portfolio. Friday and Saturday changeovers are available. Excellent rates of pay.

Duties include full property clean, laundering linen/towels and being a point of contact should basic assistance be required.

Cleaners

Property Manager

Wyke Dorset Cottages is a successful holiday cottage agency with a growing portfolio of well-booked properties. Due to our continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to support our growth in West Dorset.

  • Recruiting high-quality holiday cottages which will meet the expectations of our guests 
  • Liaising with owners about bookings, marketing, pricing and maximising income 
  • Managing the property portfolio within their area to high standards

  • To assist the Property Manager in the management of the Wyke Dorset Cottages property portfolio to high standards, to achieve the best possible booking performance, repeat booking performance, guest feedback and homeowner retention.
  • To administer bookings, changeovers, invoicing, and other work to support homeowners, guests, housekeepers and suppliers.

Property Management Services National Manager

This is an important and exciting job; helping us to grow an essential service in a fast growing, values driven business, within the increasingly competitive Self Catering Holiday Home industry. We market and represent over 5000 high quality holiday-homes across the UK and are finding an increasing number of owners want us to help “manage” their properties by offering cleaning and maintenance support.

This is a senior position, leading and overseeing the growth and development of holiday-home Property Management Services (PMS) throughout TOCC. With many different methods currently employed, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a consistent commercial PMS model, business systems, operating procedures and ensuring harmonisation throughout the company, working through local managers to deliver effective high-quality services for cottage owners and driving business profitability.
