Description
Built in traditional Purbeck stone and nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac in the charming village of Langton Matravers, this delightful 2 bed detached cottage is full of character. Downstairs the spacious beamed living/dining room benefits from dual aspect windows, parquet flooring and a cosy log fire, perfect for snuggling up on a cooler evening. There’s also the added convenience of a downstairs W.C.
Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are spacious and overlook the large pretty rear garden. The master bedroom is dual aspect and also benefits from a window seat.
The village itself has a number of attractions for all ages, including a pub, children’s activity farm and café; or you can even try your hand at stone carving! Swanage is only 2 miles away and historic Corfe Castle is just 5 miles. There are numerous beautiful walks to enjoy, including of course the stunning Jurassic Coast Path.
