A light and sunny first floor flat only a few minutes flat walk to the beach and town centre. Perfect for a couple with the added benefit of two sofa beds. One sofa bed is situated on the mezzanine area which is accessed by a steep staircase. The property has a small balcony off the living area and allocated parking for one car at the side of the building.
Knollsea offers a perfect base for exploring Swanage with its vibrant high street and sandy beaches to Durlston Country park and the cliff walks beyond. Within a short walk you can pop on the Swanage Steam Train and enjoy this heritage line as it cuts through the countryside to Corfe Castle.
Within close proximity by car are Studland Bay, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door - all perfect places to take a stroll, picnic or just enjoy the natural beauty of the area. For those who enjoy a spot of shopping you can visit Brewery Square at Dorchester or pop across to Poole on the chain ferry (please check opening times before travel).

A lovely property, within walking distance of Swanage town centre, and beach. A perfect flat. Lovely balconies, just would have liked the weather to use them!
The girls in the local office are very approachable & friendly. They go out of their way to help you and to make sure that you a happy & satisfied with your choice of property.
