A 5 minute walk down the road will lead you straight into the town centre, with its interesting collection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and of course the sandy beach and historic pier.

This is a great property in a good location - it is up a hill which gives great views but at the end of a day it's a steep hill!! Swanage area is great for a holiday - would recommend the Steam Train to Corfe Castle, boat trips to Poole harbour and the bus to Sandbanks & ferry to Brownsea Island. The best meal out we had was at Athelhampton House and Gardens. All Saints Church was a lively, welcoming place to attend a service.
