A stunning Georgian grade II listed ground floor apartment that has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard with comfort and style in mind. The property has 2 bedrooms, sea views and boasts plenty of original features.
The front sitting room has been tastefully decorated and includes thoughtful touches such as games, books and beautiful local artwork. The high ceilings, sash windows and feature fire place give a feel of elegance and style, whilst the sea and downs views offer the perfect setting.
There are 2 bedrooms, the front room also enjoys sea views and has zip and link beds enabling a choice of either singles or a super king. The stylish rear bedroom has a king size bed with views to the rear enclosed courtyard.
Complete with a choice of 2 courtyards, one at the front with views to the Victorian pier and the beautiful Prince Albert gardens, at the rear is an enclosed courtyard with BBQ and seating area which catches the evening rays. There’s even a private off road parking space!
Belvedere Lodge is ideally situated with something for everyone right on your doorstep. The sandy beach and town centre can be reached in a five minute walk, whilst straight opposite the property is a gate way leading onto Prince Albert Gardens and Durlston Country Park where you can join the South West Coast Path that takes you along the iconic Jurassic Coastline.

Fantastic property with everything you could possibly ask for. Feels like home, very stylish and clean.
Fantastic stay in Swanage over the Christmas period. Great atmosphere and well decorated village in all sorts of colours. Even better was to come back to Belvedere Lodge. For a family stay it is superb and cosy. A thoughtful welcome pack from the Host was a lovely touch and especially the mini xmas tree. No doubt I will be back here again to see more of the picturesque beaches.
Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Weather sadly wasn't great, easy to get to town & walks. Our dog loved the walks across the the road and the treats. Also loved the sound system & Alexa.
I have to say this is the best property we have ever stayed in, the quality of the accommodation and cleanliness was fantastic, so well equipped, a fantastic holiday, I would definitely recommend and re-book when I want to visit Dorset again, perfect in every way. So easy to book, correspondence was excellent, a great experience from start to finish.
Wonderful stay made perfect by accommodation which has every need catered for, very thoughtful. Well placed for Swanage town and Syd our dog appreciated the park/field opposite. Recommended with a 10/10.
