A true gem of a property, this light and spacious period 3 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment with parking is a stone’s throw from the sandy beach with views overlooking Swanage’s Victorian pier and Prince Albert Gardens. Recently renovated throughout and finished to a very high standard Tidal Reach offers a very comfortable base in which to explore Swanage and surrounding areas.
Within just a couple of minutes you can stroll into the town centre with its mix of independent shops, galleries and excellent collection of cafes, take a dip in the sea, catch a tour boat from the pier or enjoy a picnic on The Downs. If you’re feeling really energetic the South West Coast Path with breath taking views of the iconic Jurassic coastline starts at the top of the hill. What more could you ask for!

A private entrance to the apartment is on ground level, internally there are 6 steps (with a handrail) down into the spacious tiled hallway and all rooms are accessed from this with no further steps.

The team are very quick to respond to queries, fab local restaurant recommendations, we loved Castaways! The house has lovely personal touches, we liked the pretty fairy lights and the board games were an added bonus. I got my Mum and 80 year old Dad playing "Cards Against Humanity" after a couple of drinks.... well!! What an amazing family bonding, birthday weekend, thank you x
