A lovely, traditional, Purbeck stone terrace cottage Grade II listed, in the old part of town, just a five minute walk into the town and the beach.  Perfect for a couple looking to explore the Purbecks, or just relax on the beach!

High ceilings and stone floors downstairs give a bright feel in the open plan living/dining/kitchen room.  To the rear is a small, narrow enclosed courtyard.  Steep stairs lead to the master bedroom, with two lovely large windows, and an ensuite shower room.  Parking is available in nearby streets.

Living/kitchen/dining room: comfortable seating for 4 with Purbeck stone floor, TV, and electric fire in the living area.  Electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave in the kitchen

Bedroom: King-sized bed, two large windows, TV on wall, ensuite shower room

Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels

Wi-Fi: included

Fuel: electric heaters

Parking: street parking on nearby residential roads

Pets: no pets allowed

Notes: Babies accepted (please bring travel cot)

The holiday property was great, the team at Wykes are very friendly and helpful and we love Swanage. We have been coming to Swanage for 35 years.
