A lovely, bright, ground floor apartment with sea views across Swanage Bay, situated in an elevated position within easy walking distance of the town and the beach to the north, and the Downs and Durlston Country Park to the south. With some lovely features and a sense of space, Pinnacle Point is a fantastic base from which to enjoy your holiday.
All rooms are entered via an ‘L-shaped’ hallway. The living room is comfortably furnished, spacious and welcoming, with a lovely bay window giving views across the Bay to Ballard Point and The Pinnacles chalk stacks. The kitchen/dining room has seating for four, and also has a sea view. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with double sized cubicle.
Also off the hallway are the second bedroom (bunk beds), and family bathroom. The property has allocated parking for one car; there is additional off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis. A seasonal bus runs between Swanage coach park and Durlston Country Park via the heritage railway in the town and stops right outside the property.
Living room: comfortable seating for four, TV with flat screen, ‘smart’ TV box/bluray player.
Kitchen/dining room: seating for four, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Bedrooms: 1) master bedroom with king size bed, good storage and views over a pretty courtyard; ensuite shower room. 2) solid wood 3ft bunk bed with good storage and view of courtyard (top bunk is suitable for ages six and above only).
Family bathroom: full suite with bath/shower mixer taps.
Outside: Communal courtyard garden; rotary clothes lines.
Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels.
Children of all ages welcome (top bunk suitable for age 6 and above). Travel cot and highchair available on request: please bring your own cot linen.

Parking: one allocated space in front of the building (additional free off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis).
