Hillcrest is a charming 2 bed bungalow with off road parking and a large, enclosed rear garden. Set back from the road, there’s a gravelled front garden providing parking for one car.
Entrance to the bungalow is at the side of the property into a spacious hallway; leading from this is a separate dining room with seating for 4, plus fitted kitchen with a door leading onto the garden. The large, newly fitted bathroom is fully tiled with a full modern suite including shower over bath.
The 2 beautifully presented bedrooms both benefit from large bay windows with views to the Purbeck Hills. The master bedroom has been furnished with solid antique wooden furniture including a double wooden sleigh bed whilst the twin room benefits from a TV.
The light and airy living room provides comfortable seating, an electric log effect fire helps create a warm room to snuggle up to in the evening. Double French doors lead out onto a raised decked terrace with seating. Beyond that is a garden laid to lawn, mature plants and further sun deck at the rear of the garden, perfect for enjoying a nice chilled drink in peace and quiet on a summers day.

Located at the northern end of Swanage and directly on the sea front, it can accessed by either taking a stroll along the beach or parking near The Grand Hotel and walking down the steps. Ideal for use all year round, it provides welcome shade in the summer, or be hypnotised watching the waves safely sheltered in the winter; plus it’s great for storing beach furniture or securing belongings when you take a dip in the sea.
