Stunning sea views; mid-way between the sea, town and Jurassic coastal walk. Next to the panoramic sea views, the best thing about this second floor light and spacious apartment is its position.

Just a stroll from Swanage town in one direction and the World Heritage coastal walk along the cliffs to fabulous Durlston Castle and Country Park the other way. Perched a little above Swanage, it enjoys all the convenience of the town, the fun and relaxation of the beach and seaside, with the quiet and beauty of the countryside a stone’s throw away.

From the living room, the open plan dining room and kitchen are accessed through double doors. The kitchen is sociable with a dining table seating 4 and views of the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is tastefully furnished and benefits from use of the great size family bathroom.

The property has allocated parking for one car; there is additional off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis. The property is second floor and is served by a lift in the block.  A seasonal bus runs between Swanage coach park and Durlston Country Park via the heritage railway in the town and stops right outside the property.
