This superb period house offers impressive, stylish and light space over 3 floors with stunning views. Hartland House is set within a 5-10 mins stroll down hill to the town centre and safe sandy beach making it a wonderful base for friends and family wanting to explore Swanage and the surrounding coastline beyond.

The property benefits from 2 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite. The garden accessed from the kitchen via steps (with rail) offers up both morning and afternoon alfresco dining patios along with a small lawned area and mature cottage garden borders.

As soon as you enter the property you are met with a splendid example of Edwardian architecture with stained glass windows, coving and staircase typical of the period. These features continue throughout with feature fireplaces, stunning bay windows and ceiling roses adding to the warmth and charm of Hartland House.

The property itself is situated in an elevated position and has some fantastic curbside sea views which can also be seen from the master bedroom. A short walk back down the road leads you straight into the town center with its vibrant mix of cafes, galleries and independent shops plus the beautiful sandy beach and Victorian pier. The coastal path can be easily accessed from the property, leading to the iconic Jurassic Coast.
