A lovingly refurbished first and second floor apartment in a Georgian period house built in 1832, benefitting from stunning sea views over Durlston Country Park and Swanage Pier. The property has been recently renovated and benefits from three generous bedrooms, alongside three beautifully finished bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.
Spread over two floors, this property is absolutely perfect for two families holidaying together. On the first floor, you will find a twin bedroom with a modern shower room just next door. Further along the hallway, is the large open plan sitting room, filled with light through stunning sash windows framing the magnificent views of Swanage Bay over to 'Old Harry Rocks' and the sea beyond. The period fireplace with electric optiflame 3D inset fire and comfortable sofa seating makes this a relaxing room to enjoy all year round. The newly installed Kitchen is just next door, with shaker style units and breakfast bar looking in to the lounge. Enjoy a sociable evening with family in the kitchen, with large solid wood dining table and plenty of seating for all of the family.
Up to the second floor, are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom sits at the front of the property, sharing the gorgeous sea views as the living room below. The adjoining en-suite bathroom is luxurious, with a free standing bath and separate walk in shower. Next door is a comfortable twin bedroom with 'zip and link' beds that can be made into a King size bed on request and a further en-suite shower room.
The property also benefits from a small courtyard garden and its own private garage parking.
2 Belvedere Lodge is ideally situated with something for everyone right on your doorstep. The long stretch of sandy beach and picturesque Victorian town centre can be reached in a five minute walk, whilst straight opposite the property is a gateway leading onto Prince Albert Gardens and Durlston Country Park where you can join the South West Coast Path that takes you along the iconic Jurassic Coastline.

Kitchen & Dining Room: Overlooking courtyard at the rear of property, modern and well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining: Solid wood dining table with seating for 6 people.
Living Room: This room benefits from 2 large Georgian windows and is full of light. There are 2 couches and 2 comfortable chairs with scatter cushions. There is storage within built-in cupboards and a sideboard as well as the coffee table. The 55 inch Television has a Sonos Soundbar attached and benefits from Freeview as well as Netflix.

This is a fabulous place to stay, beautiful, spacious, tidy and well equipped to the highest standard. Add in the convenient location against the lovely backdrop of Swannage, and this is the perfect staycation.
Fabulous location, extremely well appointed luxury, but homely, property. We enjoyed a superb holiday - step outside to be minutes away from the town, beach or downs - and the dog was welcomed and loved it!
Fantastic week, beautiful flat with everything we could possibly want. We have really enjoyed it all and always love Swanage. Never stayed anywhere as nice as this though. I'm sure we will be back here again without doubt, such a wonderful view.
We have had the most wonderful week at 2 Belvedere Lodge. We particularly loved the views and the light. We enjoyed evening drinks and family games in the park opposite made easy and special by all of the picnic equipment that was so kindly and thoughtfully provided. The Isle of Purbeck has been such a delight to visit. We have walked miles and miles, we loved it and will be back to savour it once again.
Gorgeous, well fitted apartment. We had a lovely time and appreciated the extra 'little bits' like beach chairs, sharp knives and games! Thank you very much! We would love to come back some time :)
Wow! What a fabulous home by the sea. We have had an amazing relaxing week with our three generations (ages 34, 61, 65 and 88!) The best equipped and certainly highest quality holiday home we have ever stayed in.
