The Dovecote is a stunning home full of personal touches not far from Swanage beach and town centre. This modern and beautiful property has been lovingly transformed and makes the most of the amazing open plan space on the 1st floor.

Located in a tucked away location The Dovecote is accessed from a private sheltered courtyard into the welcoming hallway.

The upside-down layout means the contemporary bedrooms are found on the ground floor accessed from the inner hallway. The master bedroom with feature curved wall benefits from an en suite shower room and the twin bedroom is serviced by the family bathroom.

A wooden staircase rises from the hallway to a spectacular double height open plan living space with beams, wood floors and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen links both living spaces and is well appointed with granite worktops and built in appliances. The dining end of this space gives access out on to a decked balcony; with two areas it offers not only alfresco dining but an outdoor lounge area as well.
