North Cliff View is a welcoming holiday home located within a short stroll of the heart of Swanage town. This versatile home offers families a homely base from which to explore the local area. From the house you can walk to the beach, the high street and Swanage Steam Railway train station. With a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants so close by you have a lot to explore!
The property itself has been furnished to a good standard, the main living space on the ground floor is light, airy and open with feature floors and wall. The living space is on a raised area and benefits from a fireplace with stove. The dining area seats 6 and leads onto the well appointed and modern Kitchen. From the dining area are door onto the sunny garden with a decked alfresco dining space. There is also rear access from the back of the property to bring in bikes and sandy buckets & spades!
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms. The master to the front has an ensuite bathroom, views to North Cliff and Ballard Down and storage. The 2nd room is a bright double over looking the courtyard and the 3rd is a spacious single. The main family shower room features a walk in shower, WC and basin.
The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Corfe Castle and Bovington Tank Museum. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery at Durlston Country Park and Studland.
