The Deco is a stylish and well-maintained building in the heart of Swanage, in an excellent position overlooking the beach. Catering for six guests, Flat 4 is located on the 1st floor and benefits from fantastic sea views all around the bay and out to the Isle of Wight.

Furnished to a high standard throughout, the best feature must be the spacious living area situated at the rear of the apartment with its beautifully decorated living room with large L shaped sofa and armchair leading onto a balcony with glorious sea views across the whole of Swanage Bay and beyond. The kitchen/diner is located just off the living room and benefits from the same views; washing up will suddenly become a pleasure not a pain when you’re gazing out across the sea or watching the comings and goings down at the town bandstand and Victorian Pier.

There are 3 bedrooms, the large master bedroom benefits from a small en suite shower room. The second bedroom with king size bed is located at the front of the property with a Juliet balcony, and there’s a twin bedroom too with standard 3ft single beds.

The town centre with an array of restaurants, cafes and shops is less than a minute from the property, so everything is close at hand for you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The property also benefits from a lift, a welcome boost after a long day spent exploring the delights of Dorset!
