2 The Lookout is a stylish modern two bedroom ground floor apartment located close to Swanage town centre. The apartment has been recently built and furnished to a high standard and benefits from glimpses of the sea from a double balcony that runs from the master bedroom to living room.
Spend time with family and friends in the sociable kitchen, living, dining room - the kitchen is modern and well equipped with BOSCH appliances and feature breakfast bar with bar stools and overhead lighting. Tranquil tones make the space a relaxing and inviting environment, with Smart TV on the wall and comfortable sofa seating. Enjoy watching the world go by from the living room or balcony with large double doors that open to flood the room with sunlight.
Just across the hallway is the twin bedroom, tastefully decorated with framed posters on the walls. Next door to the twin bedroom, you will find the family bathroom, with modern styling and feature freestanding bath. The master king size bedroom has double patio doors that open out to a lovely veranda, from the bedroom you can see inviting glimpses of the sea through gaps in the neighbouring houses. A modern shower room is adjoined to the master bedroom offering an element of privacy for couples holidaying together.
Swanage town centre is just a 5 minute short walk away, with an array of independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops there is plenty of exploring to do! The sandy beach is a favourite in the summer months, with pretty coloured beach huts and ice cream parlours dotted along. Be sure to check out the steam trains at Swanage railway, and Durlston Country Park for a picnic with stunning sea views.
