Situated within the oldest house in Victoria Avenue dating back to 1890, Sea Reach is a lovingly converted family friendly holiday apartment just moments from Swanage beach. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the kitchen before a day of exploring, with gloss finish and integrated appliances as well as wall mounted TV and round dining table with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower.
Follow a shallow flight of stairs to a large landing area, leading to the master bedroom, with many original features including high ceilings and coving offering a feel of elegance. Over the hallway to the front of the property you will find the cosy and compact twin bedroom, with two single beds and sea views.
Relax and unwind in front of a film in the living room, which has been tastefully furnished with wall lights alongside a feature fireplace and local framed artwork. The seating is comfortable and snug, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea running parallel to the left of the building.

The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Corfe Castle and Bovington Tank Museum. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery at Durlston Country Park and Studland.
