Situated just a 5 minute walk from Swanage town and beach, Sunny Place is a newly built two bedroom apartment perfectly suited for couples looking to explore the purbecks. The apartment is located on the ground floor and benefits from a large private landscaped patio area with outside seating. Throughout the apartment there are a series of double patio doors from the bedrooms and living spaces which open out to this area too. Relax and enjoy an evening with friends in the open plan 'L' shaped kitchen, living and dining area, with stylish and comfortable seating in the living area and glimpses of the beach. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle.
