Sundial is a comfortable chalet bungalow located within walking distance to Swanage Bay. The property is well equipped and spacious, benefitting from an open plan living / dining room with flat screen TV and dining table with seating for 6. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, with a modern shower room just next door. Two further bedrooms are located on the second floor; a double and a twin, alongside the family bathroom. The property boasts a lawned garden which sweeps around the property, along with a driveway with parking for one car at the rear of the property. 

Swanage is a traditional Victorian seaside town, with a long stretch of sandy beach and a mix of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy during your stay. You can't take a trip to Dorset without visiting the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, which can be appreciated from many coastal paths. Further afield take time to wander round the local villages - Corfe Castle and Worth Matravers make for great picnic spots.

Bathrooms: 1) Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, W.C. (please note there is a step up into the shower). 2) Family bathroom on the 2nd floor, with a 'P' shape bath with shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C.

Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen, with eye level microwave and fan oven, electric hob, freestanding fridge/freezer. 

Garage: Washing machine in the garage. The garage can be used to store kayaks, paddleboards and bikes while on holiday. Not available for parking. 

Lounge/Diner: With seating for up to six people. Flat screen TV, sofa seating and armchairs.
