Fisherbridge is a beautifully presented, modern cottage located close to the beach, shops and Weymouth town centre. This versatile holiday home offers a perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions such as the Lodmoor Country Park, the Sea-Life Centre and the beach at Bowleaze Cove. The nearby village of Sutton Poyntz has an abundance of countryside walks and footpaths, a tranquil duck pond with locally regarded country pubs, fish and chip shop and corner shop. Also on your doorstep is Lodmoor nature reserve, ideal for bird watching with many cycle routes running throughout it. 

The property itself has been furnished to a very high standard with sustainability in mind, the cleaning products, welcome pack, bedding and towels are all fair-trade and environmentally friendly. The property itself is inviting and homely, with relaxing and tranquil tones in the open plan living, kitchen and dining room and large patio doors overlooking an enclosed sunny garden at the rear. A path draws you down the lawned garden to the river Jordan running beyond the fence. 

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom as well as family bathroom. The master bedroom is immaculately furnished with plenty of space and storage. The twin bedroom is bright and airy with nautical touches and two single beds, overlooking the garden at the rear. The final bedroom is beautifully furnished with a single bed and storage. 

The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Warmwell Holiday Park and the Nothe Fort. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery on many different cycle routes and coastal walks, from the house you can walk to the nearby Bowleaze Cove where you will find a family fun park, water-sports hire and a choice of cafe's serving breakfasts, lunches and coffees all overlooking the beautiful cove.
