Fisherbridge is a beautifully presented, modern cottage located close to the beach, shops and Weymouth town centre. Within just a short stroll you can hop on a bus to take you along the historic Jurassic Coast, you can walk to a local shop to pick up groceries, enjoy a fish and chip supper or have your choice of 3 lovely pubs in village location! 

The property itself has been furnished to a very high standard, the main living space on the ground floor is open plan and inviting, decorated with tranquil and relaxing tones. The living room, with comfortable seating and Smart TV, leads onto the open plan kitchen and dining area, the contemporary kitchen is the perfect space for rustling up a meal whilst still offering a sociable feel. The kitchen benefits from a breakfast bar with two stools leading into the dining area, overlooking the enclosed garden at the rear. Double patio doors open out to a level paved area with relaxed seating, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQ's! A path draws you down the lawned garden to the river Jordan running beyond the fence. 

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom as well as family bathroom. The master bedroom is immaculately furnished with plenty of space and storage. The twin bedroom is bright and airy with nautical touches and two single beds, overlooking the garden at the rear. The final bedroom is beautifully furnished with a single bed and storage. 

The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Warmwell Holiday Park and the Nothe Fort. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery on many different cycle routes and coastal walks, from the house you can walk to the nearby Bowleaze Cove where you will find a family fun park, water-sports hire and a choice of cafe's serving breakfasts, lunches and coffees all overlooking the beautiful cove.
