Pam's House is a gorgeous four bedroom house centrally located within steps of Weymouth's picturesque harbour. The property is a perfect place for a family looking to spend time together whilst enjoying the sunny seaside town of Weymouth! Everything is within walking distance from the front door, you can walk within minutes to the stunning sandy beach with shallow warm waters perfect for families, or enjoy some time wandering around the harbour - with an eclectic mix of galleries and independent coffee shops there is plenty to take in all year round.
The property is set over three floors, with a studio apartment on the ground floor and the rest of the accommodation arranged on the first and second floors. The heart of the house is the sunny south facing living, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. This room is open plan and offers a relaxed and contemporary feel, the perfect place to kick off your shoes after a long day exploring and enjoy a meal with family! Also on the first floor is the modern family bathroom, bunk bedroom perfect for children and separate W.C next to the bedroom. On the second floor you will find two further bedrooms; one king size room and one double.
The studio apartment on the ground floor offers an element of privacy for more than 2 households holidaying together, it is arranged all on one level so is also suitable for those with mobility issues. The ground floor has been decorated in the same tasteful themes as the rest of the house, with a comfortable sofa and wall mounted flat screen TV in the living area, alongside a breakfast bar and stools. Just behind a separating low level wall is the bedroom area, with double bed and storage.
