Seafeathers is a gorgeous and comfortable coastal holiday home, having recently been lovingly renovated it offers a fantastic base for families looking for a seaside holiday, situated overlooking Weymouth Bay and over to Portland. The property is in an enviable location with plenty to see and do on your doorstep, within a short walk you are at the popular beach spot of Overcombe corner - favoured all year round with a beach bar cafe. To one side further along the coast is Bowleaze Cove, a sheltered beach with family beach bar and amusements. To the other side is Lodmoor Country Park with miniature railway and Sea-Life Centre. 

Once inside, the property is modern and well thought out. All on one level, you are greeted by a spacious hallway with doors leading to the remaining rooms, along with stylish coat rack and bench. The main living room is open plan and sociable with stunning bi-fold doors opening out to a decked area with sea views. Cosy up on a cooler evening in the snug living area with wall mounted smart TV along with bluetooth speaker to play your choice of music whilst enjoying a meal. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with breakfast bar island and integrated appliances. Just past the dining area is a further reading room, with double patio doors opening out to an enclosed paved garden, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture. 

Both bedrooms have been beautifully furnished, with quality in mind. The master king size bedroom is at the back of the property overlooking the garden and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom just across the hallway is tastefully furnished, with zip and link beds that can be made into a super king on request. (Please request bed make up at the time of booking.) A modern, tiled family bathroom services the twin bedroom just next door offering an element of privacy for two couples holidaying together. 

The property lies within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic coastline and many attractions such as Monkey World, Warmwell Holiday Park and the Nothe Fort. It is perfectly situated to take in the local scenery on many different cycle routes and coastal walks, from Seafeathers you can walk through the nearby RSPB nature reserve to Lodmoor Country Park where you will find plenty of attractions to keep your family entertained.
